Fights bad breath with this all-natural tasty snack
Ingredients
250 g wheat and gluten free flour
25 g chopped mint
15g chopped parsley
1 tblsp activated charcoal
3 tblsps olive oil
250 ml cold water
Method
Combine flour, herbs and activated charcoal in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the olive oil and add enough of the water to make a smooth dough. Roll into 1cm balls and place on a greased baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and leave the mint balls to cool. Store in an air-tight tin for up to 4 weeks.
